It goes without saying that we want every member of our team returning home at the end of the day in the same condition they arrived. More than words on a poster, we put safety first by following a strict set of safety guidelines that meet and exceed those mandated by governing authorities. Our project managers are hands-on leaders at the job site to identify any potential hazard and clearly communicate these with every Barjac employee, contractor, or anyone else who steps foot on the job site.
Barjac was one of the first general contractors to achieve a Certificate Of Recognition (C.O.R.) under the partners in injury reduction program in 1996. Our 2018 external audit scored a 96% compliance with the program standards and we continually strive to become better as regulations and technologies change.
