Quality Assurance & Quality Control

Our reputation for standing behind our work is one of the reasons why customers invite us to manage their projects repeatedly. Our project managers and team leads are always a phone call away and we also work with a team of quality control experts to ensure that buildings are fully inspected. These experts include:

Roofing: Our work is thoroughly inspected by an accredited third-party inspector.

Structural Steel: We work directly with CSA and Canadian Welding Bureau certified inspectors who provide expertise in assessing welds, bolted connections and workmanship on structural steel framing.

Flooring: We employ trades who are members of the Terrazzo, Tile and Marble Association of Canada (TTMAC) and abide by the established code of ethics.

Soils & Foundations: Sites are inspected by industry leading Geotechnical Engineers. All soil inspections meet or exceed Tier 1 guidelines set out by the Government of Alberta.

We also follow the trade definitions outlined by the Alberta Construction Trade Definitions, and are proficient in the application of the National Energy Code of Canada (NEBC) and the Vapor Intrusion Mitigation of Radon and VOCs.
