When an opportunity in the Bears Den came up, the owners of Flores & Pine knew they had to take a leap of faith. In a collective effort, Barjac worked alongside interior designers, trades, kitchen equipment specialists, and consultants to formulate the client’s vision and bring it to life.
The 11,000 square foot space needed upgrading or modifications from the parking lot to the roof—and everything in between. The project involved a complete gut and rebuild, including structural changes, exterior garage demo and rebuild, as well as removing existing landscaping and building a patio in its place.
