In 2017, we determined that our logo and website were no longer accurately reflecting the company we have grown into. We took a step back to look at the company from all angles, talked to our clients, and planned for future growth.
The branding process we undertook with a local agency called At Large Communications, and it involved an extensive interview process with our clients and our team. We learned that the reason why our clients keep coming back to us is also the same thing that gets us out of bed in the morning – we love building businesses. A building is a building, but a business needs to thrive in an environment that serves everyone who enters it and ultimately, drives sales.
Our new tagline dropped out of these discussions – SPACES THAT PERFORM. This means always thinking about the clients’ businesses and providing ideas as to how to make the space work better operationally, cost-effectively, and efficiently in terms of traffic flow and customer service. We think of how to manage the various streams of business that will be conducted in the space and how to make the customer experience seamless, therefore motiving the sale.
