Tenant improvements – completed in 2013.
Located in Quarry Park, Calgary, we completed tenant improvements for our new, 5,500 square foot head office including multiple offices and a shop space. The second floor of the office was built using structural steel studs and a gypcrete deck to maximize ceiling and height and maintain the window line.
