South Trail Hyundai
New build – completed in 2016 This 46,000 square foot dealership sits on five acres and was the first new Hyundai facility under the new brand image program that included the use of 3 wave composite panels.
Shaw GMC
7,000 square foot retaining wall – completed in 2002. We were contracted to build a new, 300-foot retaining wall to maximize the parking area for the dealership. In 2008 we were asked to return to Shaw to complete a 5,200 square foot parts storage addition.
South Trail Auto Mall
20,000 square foot retaining wall – completed in 2015 One of our largest earthworks jobs, the 25’ high retaining wall built up the 32-acre property to provide significant development area for Dodge, Kia, Hyundai, and Concourse Auto Body (two additional lots are currently under development). Stoney Trail Auto Storage
20-acres of secured storage – completed in 2010 Adjacent to the Stoney Trail corridor, we developed this new vehicle storage facility, including street light installations, for the numerous automotive dealers in the Northwest Auto Mall.
Metro Ford
Image update – completed in 2017. One of the first Ford locations in Calgary, Metro Ford’s location on 9th Avenue downtown is ideal but the look was not meeting Ford’s Millennium Image program. We worked collaboratively with the brand team to create the new, while finding economical solutions for the client.
Calgary Motor Products (CMP)
Image update – completed in 2015. A full image update was executed for this North Calgary location, including new site lighting to LED conversion. This project was completed while the building remained occupied, requiring us to minimize our impact on operations.
Barjac Construction
Tenant improvements – completed in 2013. Located in Quarry Park, Calgary, we completed tenant improvements for our new, 5,500 square foot head office including multiple offices and a shop space.
